Warranty – In Canada, JTC OmniBlend blenders come with a full 5-year domestic warranty. This warranty covers the whole machine including the motor base and container. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, the OmniBlend will be replaced or repaired. This applies when used in accordance with the User’s Manual. Warranty registration is automatic upon purchase and begins when the blender is received by the owner. You do not need to send in a registration card. This warranty applies exclusively to blenders purchased from Omni Blender Canada Ltd. Note: Omni Blender Canada Ltd. is pleased to offer a full 5-year warranty instead of the previous limited warranty. Blenders purchased prior to Oct. 1, 2019 will maintain their original limited warranty.
Warranty Claims – Claims are handled by contacting omniblender@gmail.com and explaining the problem. Please include a phone number so we may contact you. Please do not return the blender without first contacting us for return shipping authorization. Sometimes minor problems can be resolved over the phone such as pressing the reset button.
Warranty Returns – In the event the OmniBlend needs to be returned for replacement or repair, the following applies. All warranty claims are established by a service technician upon examination. If there are no obvious signs of misuse, alterations or self-repair, the blender will be replaced or repaired at no expense to the owner. This includes the cost of return shipping. In the event that a warranty claim cannot be established, the owner will be contacted with a quote for repair and return shipping costs.
International Warranty – Blenders purchased from this website and shipped or carried overseas come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years. Return shipping to and from is the responsibility of the purchaser. Servicing is available worldwide or by contacting omniblender@gmail.com. Note: The use of adapters is not recommended and will void the warranty.
Commercial Use – The OmniBlend carries a 3 year limited warranty for any commercial use such as in a restaurant, commercial kitchen, café or smoothie bar. This warranty covers the motor, keypad, and all electrical parts from manufacturer defects. The blade unit or drive socket may require replacement depending on use.
Omni Blender Return Policy – If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your OmniBlend you may return it for a full refund within 30 days. All we ask is that you returned it to us undamaged and in its original boxes and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
